COVID-19 Response

We understand that during these unprecedented times that some may be hesitant to gather and concerned about safety. Our team will wear a mask during setup and breakdown of all events to ensure the safety of our staff and your guests. 

If your event is affected by COVID-19, you may reschedule for a later date or receive a credit for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation. As stated in our contract, all payments are non-refundable.

The option is to postpone your event or use credit toward a future event. If customized items have been ordered, fresh flowers have been purchased and/or vendors have been paid for a service that can not be used toward a future event, the cost will be deducted from the payments made. 

Please contact your Event Specialist with further concerns regarding your upcoming event. When rescheduling your date, please send three dates of your choice to info@mypartyqueen.com.
