We understand that during these unprecedented times that some may be hesitant to gather and concerned about safety. Our team will wear a mask during setup and breakdown of all events to ensure the safety of our staff and your guests.
If your event is affected by COVID-19, you may receive a credit for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation. As stated in our contract, all payments are non-refundable.
The option is to postpone your event or use credit toward a future event. If customized items have been ordered, fresh flowers have been purchased and/or vendors have been paid for a service that can not be used toward a future event, the cost will be deducted from the payments made.
